If you are based in the UK, your order should arrive between 2-5 days from being placed.

It is sent using Royal Mail Tracked, signed for or via courier. As the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it.


If you are based overseas, we estimate this will take approx 5 working days to arrive, but this could be take a little longer.

Your purchase will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked service, or by courier. As the parcel requires a signature, please ensure that there will be someone there to receive it.

Import Duties and Taxes

When you buy from us you may be liable for import duties and taxes. Post Brexit this now includes Europe. The limits for duty free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for further information.

Lost and late Delivery

If you do not receive your delivery in estimated time slot, please let us know and we will track it for you online.

As something is not considered officially ‘lost’ by Royal Mail until 20 days (30 days for overseas) we cannot refund or replace until after this time.


We hope that you are happy with your M.Hulot product.

If for any reason you change your mind, or if your product is faulty, you have 14 days, from dispatch date, to return the goods.

The goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and with the swing tags and dust bag intact. Please email prior to returning, listing the reason for the return.

We are happy to give you a refund or exchange.

Please note we cannot refund postage on returned items. You are responsible for posting the goods back to us and ensuring that they reach us. We recommend you send them signed for. You are responsible for any goods that do not reach us, so be sure to retain proof of postage.
